It’s a damn shame what the worlds gotten to, for people like me, people like you. It’s a damn shame that we as Americans have to pay a price for speaking out and standing up. Any Americans, no matter your political beliefs should be able to peacefully express your opinions. Sadly, that is no longer the case.
Knowledge is power. So is the illusion of it.
The politicians possess the illusion of power. Truly I say to you, we the people still hold all the power. We have just forgotten how to wield it.
The media has the illusion of knowledge. In reality they have control of information. Deciding which stories to push, and which to bury. Influenced by the government, they often times do just as they are told. They need to remember they are the people’s check on the government, not the government’s check on the people. The people have to remind them. Social media used to be our escape from the lies of legacy media, but it was quickly swallowed by the same narratives.
One of the most basic and surely the most powerful tactics is to claim victimhood. Victims aren’t allowed to be questioned. That would be victim shaming. So in society today if you can solidify your status as a victim then you get to play by different rules.
Projection is also a useful tool and one that can be utilized by any novice, as we see demonstrated time and time again. They simply mix in some “supporting” lies and then announce the talking points. That is how the opposition creates its own narratives. Then they use those manufactured narratives to achieve their desired outcome. It doesn’t matter to them if someone else has to pay the price for their lies. Personal attacks and ridicule are used to control or punish dissenters.
How many threats will be muttered? What is even real? How many people have to be hurt? How many good men must fall to these Alinsky style tactics? From people who have put their principles up for sale no less.
I wonder why in some of these horrid channels across these YouTube streets, as well as sitting at home watching cable news. Why don’t the people watching realize they are the mark? What do they really offer beside rumors that they then turn into storylines. Those storylines keep the goldfish in the tiny pond watching. It convinces them they have knowledge, but in reality, that is just the illusion of knowledge. The media isn’t the problem just like these gutter dwelling YouTube channel creators aren’t the problem. There are a million fake news stories and a million schmucks out there like them. They aren’t original, they aren’t intelligent, they aren’t honest, and they aren’t bound by any moral principles. The same can be said for most of the useful idiots that take their orders from the media without ever questioning the narrative. They are programed to accept and regurgitate. The illusion of knowledge.
We must realize that the oppositions foot soldiers are simple. They are buffoons latching onto the ankles of giants they once hoped to be like, but now they only feel left behind by. Not because they were left, but because they couldn’t keep up. Lacking the ability to bring themselves up, they try to bring others down. Like a court jester they juggle lies and try to balance narratives on a ball to keep people watching. The small crowd of useful idiots clapping like seals. Either too stupid to see the truth or too tired to do the work. They just believe. They are no different than the people who believe all the media’s narratives. Regurgitating them in an attempt to sound knowledgeable. They provide nothing to society. They give nothing back, not without expectations.
If we try to fight back, we are told we need to just ignore them. Not to mention if we take action, we can easily make ourselves appear in a bad light and that plays into their games. If you are reactionary and run around trying to put out every little harmless fire they ignite, you weaken yourself. You can’t chase them around denying every lie and responding to every attack. It doesn’t work and it is what they want. Engagement. They want the shark to bite their little hook.
It has risen to a dangerous level for me and my family. Now yet again I have had my address broadcast on a hateful YouTube channel and then social media for all to see. The address where my wife and 5 young children live. We have been threatened on many occasions. They claim innocence while they encourage someone else to commit violence against us. Typically nothing more than a small thorn in my toe, they have now brought my family into danger with their actions.
When is it going to be enough? When will they have gone too far? When someone gets hurt? When someone has to deal with a kidnapped child? Do they aim to have the scars of trauma brought onto our children’s innocent eyes?
There will always be haters. The problem is the people who watch. Just like it is with the relationship between the people and the media today. Fake stories flying all over the place and the people don’t question them. They don’t look deeper. They just believe. Even when the lies are exposed, the people forget or don’t notice at all.
You can’t win by engaging with them online because they want that. They crave it. Their people crave it. As in most cases, the people are the problem. The ones who watch the trainwreck but never offer any help. They are the type of people who believe they would have fought against Nazis in Germany. In reality they would have been the first ones slapping on a uniform and volunteering to “help” jews onto the death trains. If only to catch a gaze of the desperation and pure misery on the faces of Jewish people whom they were taught to hate, as they shuffled by to board their destiny. These are the people who should be looking in the mirror instead of hiding behind them.
As they often do things have gone too far. The jesters are realizing something. The more outrageous, the more shocking they behave, the more people watch. Nothing new, sex and violence sells. Hate sells. Typically these situations just get worse and worse. Pressure to outdo themselves keeps them pushing dangerous antics. Possibly to the point where someone ends up paying a real price for it. So yet again my wife, my children, and my property are in danger because of what I think. He has threatened us and in doing so crossed a dangerous line.
One thing the viewers need to recognize that they are partially responsible. The viewers are the reason they do this. It isn’t for my or any other target’s benefit. It isn’t even because they are passionate about anything. It is simply what causes the most drama to keep the most people watching. The more people watching the more $ they can make. That is it. It is just as basic as that. They stay in the gutter because that is where they live.
In a way this is the problem with America on a much smaller scale. People just believe what they hear. The media says one thing and the people believe it until the media tells them to believe something else. They are a tool of those who hate America. The people may very well be the problem, but the people are also the cure.
We have been fooled into thinking we don’t have the power to change anything. In reality we have all the power. The people in Washington have no power except what we give them. The media has no soul, it only follows the ratings. So in reality it follows the people. We the people have just forgotten. Yet still it is the people that have let it go so far. Let it get this bad. They continue to feed the ego and regurgitate the lies they are told. It is more important for them to feel like they are right than it is for them to feel like they are honest or even decent.
This is no game. There are consequences to our actions. There are consequences to our inaction as well.
Patriots are singled out and attacked because then it can be 40 vs. 1. Our opposition uses tactics like flooding everything they can with their garbage so it is hard or even pointless to try to defend against it. Eventually it is effective because even if people only believe a little, they are successful in damaging their target.
My time in the freedom movement has taught me that most patriots have amazing hearts and spirit. Yet we lack organization. That is often our downfall. We do not circle the wagons when attacks come in. We don’t defend our own, when we do it isn’t in numbers that can be effective. If you aren’t willing to fight for your country, at least be willing to support the ones who do. The ones who stand on the front lines like me and many others that have been attacked and sometimes destroyed in the name of hate. So how many patriots are going to fall before we realize what is happening and organize to combat it. How many will we watch fall to these arrows before the wagons are circled and the enemy run off?
It isn’t hard to go back into someone’s past and find some mistakes or some personal information. The more embarrassing or shameful the better. Fact is we all have mistakes in our past.
The Bible tells us in Romans 3:10 "as it is written, None of us is righteous, no not one."
We all sin. Speaking of sinful behavior, in Saul Alinsky’s book “Rules for Radicals” he writes of 12 rules.
RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)
It is simple. You find some past mistake, or action. You amplify that and try to define the person with it. That way when the person is brought up you don’t think of the person anymore. Instead you think of the action. Anyone come to mind? Rendered ineffective because of some long-lost mistake, or even more recent ones. It doesn’t matter if that person asked for and received forgiveness from God. It doesn’t matter if they have led a life of repentance since. What matters is they made a mistake and they are rendered ineffective because of it. It is a lazy tactic but it is effective, and it is easy to do.
I prefer not to play. Let them yap and snarl, growl and bark. Let them gather in dusty corners of the internet and join together to bash me all they want. However once you take it to the level of putting someone’s wife, vulnerable children, and property in danger, it crosses a line. Even if excuses are made for doing it. Even if the people watching , or should I say supporting, same thing. Even if the people supporting that sort of behavior try to escape guilt by rationalizing their way out of their own moral fallout. Even if YouTube says it isn’t a violation. Even then, any decent person would be against it.
They pretend to be innocent, but what if someone took that address and decided to light my house on fire one night? Or attack my wife or children. Or any number of discusting and dangerous things. They say no one is going to do that, but then they turn around and spend hours bashing and lying about me. Angering people and let us be honest. The people who truly believe all of the lies are probably not all that intelligent anyway. So we lay our heads at night wondering if someone is outside. Will this be the night? Will my kids be safe today? Will our property be damaged? Because of what we believe?
Fear is a tactic that has been used since the dawn of man to silence good men, and bad ones for that matter. Fear is an effective tool. “Nice house, be a shame if something happened to it”, type stuff. Fact is the motivations for putting my address out there don’t matter, even if we all know what they are. It isn’t the intentions that matter anymore. It is now the endless possible consequences. It is meant to make me shut my mouth. They figure if it results in someone damaging me or my family, ehh it is what it is right? These attacks are simply meant to pressure and scare me into silence. I will not yield.
I will never yield. This sort of behavior cannot stand. The people supporting this sort of behavior must be held accountable as well. Don’t we see? The avatars people cower behind hide the tricks, hide the lies.
Tell a lie, get a donation. Just like a carnival game. The people are being worked and they are to blind to see it. You can show them but they will not believe.
Knowledge is power and knowledge takes work and experience to get. Problem is the internet has given the same power to lies. And lies are much easier to wield. Any simpleton can do it. Stop ignoring the poison that creeps into our screens. Start calling it out by name. Accountability is coming for us all one way or the other. Will you stand and face it or will you hide in the shadows, watching good men fall to the stories of demons.
